Is it possible to change the data folder on the Pocket PC device? (V5)

With our new version this setting is just a cinch! Just go to settings->SiDiarySmartSync-Settings and select the folder from your mobile device.

We apologize for any inconvenience that we cannot give support for the freeware version 4 and related questions to this version! Here is the previous faq entry for this topic:
SiDiary saves it's data into the \My Documents\ folder on the Pocket PC by default. You can change the folder by adding a key into the SiDiary.ini file:

You can add this key even if you've used the application before. You just have to copy all SiDiary data files from \My Documents\ into the configured data folder and restart the application! Sorry the key-name is German (Datenverzeichnis means data folder)
