To decide on amount of carbohydrate per BE
By default SiDiary uses gr. Carbohydrates.In case you prefer other settings like, for instance 10 gr. Carbohydrates for 1 KE or 12 gr. for 1 BE you can change the value of the 'ExchangeUnit' in the menu 'Extras ->Settings ->Language Settings':
